HOWEVER , IF THE OPPOSITE PARTY HAS NOT ASKED FOR COSTS THE PARTIES ARE TO BEAR THEIR OWN COSTS . AS THE DEFENDANT HAS NOT ASKED FOR COSTS THE PARTIES MUST BEAR THEIR OWN COSTS .
