(ECSC Treaty, Art. 33; EC Treaty, Art. 173)

A federal regional authority is not entitled to bring an action seeking annulment of a decision adopted under the ECSC Treaty since such authorities are not referred to by Article 33 of the ECSC Treaty, which provides an exhaustive list of the persons entitled to bring an action for annulment, and Article 173 of the EC Treaty cannot apply to such an action.
