1. LORD JUSTICE JUDGE: This is an application to reinstate. The case was decided over two and a half years ago. The appeal was made two years after the judgment. The case has been in the dismissal list for a prolonged period. The applicant has failed to attend. There is no explanation for his non-attendance. It is now 25 past 11. The application to reinstate will be dismissed.
