  1. LORD JUSTICE SCHIEMANN: We are content to make an order in the terms suggested by you, that to be an order by consent. I do not propose to give a judgment. I simply say that it seems to me, firstly, that we have been enormously assisted by the two counsel appearing before us who have prepared the case with its many difficulties extremely well. The solution come to is an imminently sensible one on the facts of the case, complex as the legal arguments are. Accordingly, there will be two consent orders, one in each case.
  2. Could I ask you, please, to draw up an order in those terms? Could you do that for us? We are grateful to you for the care taken.
