Adverse possession of a boundary strip, arising from an agreement to transfer land; the transferor held as bare trustee for the intended transferee who was absolutely entitled and was therefore (Jourdain and Radley-Gardner, Adverse Possession para 28-41) to be regarded as in adverse possession of the land.
