The proposed transaction whereby a joint venture by The Electricity Supply Board and Coillte Cuideachta Ghníomhaíochta Ainmnithe will be created for purposes of developing and constructing renewable energy generation facilities has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission subject to a number of legally binding commitments.
