AN ACT TO AMEND THE NATIONAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT 2003 AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |
|||||
|
Amendment of section 24(2) of National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003. |
1.— Section 24 (2) of the National Tourism Development Authority Act 2003 is amended by substituting “€150,000,000” for “€65,000,000”. |
||||
|
Short title, collective citation and construction. |
2.— (1) This Act may be cited as the National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Act 2011. |
||||
|
(2) The Tourist Traffic Acts 1939 to 2003 and this Act may be cited together as the Tourist Traffic Acts 1939 to 2011, and shall be construed together as one. |
