CENSORSHIP OF FILMS ACT, 1923.

[Extract from Iris Oifigiúil of 15th January, 1924.]

I, CAOIMHGHIN Ó h-UIGIN, Minister for Home Affairs, by virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 12 (1) of the above-mentioned Act, do hereby make the Regulations set out in the attached Schedule.

Given under my hand at the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street,

Dublin, this 8th day of January, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

Every renter shall, before the 22nd January, 1924, furnish to the Official Censor of Films, 24 Kildare Street, Dublin, in the attached form particulars of all contracts entered into by him for the letting or hiring of pictures for exhibition.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Picture Length in feet Nature, i.e., Topical, Interest, etc. Name and Address of Cinema Theatre at which it will be shown Name of Proprietor Dates between which it will be shown If censored by the late Board of Film Censors established by the Dublin Corporation, the date of such censorship
