REGULATIONS DATED 16TH APRIL, 1934, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT, 1906. | ||
In pursuance of the powers conferred on him by Section 12 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1906, as adapted by the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , and all other powers thereby him enabling, the Minister for Industry and Commerce does hereby make the following Regulations:— | ||
1. The Regulations dated 22nd day of November, 1932 (S. R. and O., 1932, No. 118), are hereby revoked. | ||
2. These Regulations may be cited for all purposes as the Workmen's Compensation Returns (Revocation) Regulations, 1934. | ||
