GAME PRESERVATION (RECOGNITION OF COURSING CLUBS) ORDER, 1938.

GAME PRESERVATION ACT, 1930
.
|
| | WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of
Section 14
of the
Game Preservation Act, 1930
(No. 11 of 1930), that the Minister for Justice may by Order declare any Coursing Club which is affiliated to the Organisation commonly called and known as the Irish Coursing Club to be a recognised Coursing Club for the purposes of Part I. of the said Act:

| | AND WHEREAS the Coursing Clubs named in the Schedule to this Order are affiliated to the Organisation commonly called and known as the Irish Coursing Club :

| | NOW the Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of
section 14
of the
Game Preservation Act, 1930
(No. 11 of 1930), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders and declares as follows :—
|
| | (1) This Order may be cited as the Game Preservation (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1938.
|
| | (2) The
Interpretation Act, 1937
, (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.
|
| | (3) The Coursing Clubs named in the Schedule hereto are recognised Coursing Clubs for the purposes of Part I of the
Game Preservation Act, 1930
(No. 11 of 1930).
|
| | (4) All Orders heretofore made under sub-section (1) of
section 14
of the
Game Preservation Act, 1930
(No. 11 of 1930) are hereby revoked.
