TRADE UNION ACT, 1941 (COMMENCEMENT OF PART III) ORDER, 1943.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 18 of the Trade Union Act. 1941 (No. 22 of 1941), that Part III of the said Act shall come into operation on such date, not earlier than six months after the date on which section 6 of the said Act comes into operation, as the Minister for Industry and Commerce by order appoints for that purpose :

AND WHEREAS section 6 of the said Act came into operation by virtue of the Trade Union Act, 1941 (Commencement of Section 6) Order, 1941 ( S. R. & O. No. 590 of 1941 ), on the 1st day of May, 1942 :

NOW, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 18 of the Trade Union Act, 1941 (No. 22 of 1941), hereby orders as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act, 1941 (Commencement of Part III) Order, 1943.

2. Part III of the Trade Union Act, 1941 , shall come into operation on the 5th day of April, 1943.
