GALWAY HARBOUR ACT, 1935 (EXTENSION OF PERIOD FOR COMPLETION OF WORKS) ORDER, 1945. | ||
The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 38 of the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 (No. 2 (Private) of 1935), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :— | ||

| Short title. | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 (Extension of period for Completion or Works) Order, 1945. | ||
| Extension of period for completion of works. | ||
2. The period of ten years fixed by the Galway Harbour Act, 1935 (No. 2 (Private) of 1935), for the completion of the works authorised by sections 36 and 37 of that Act is hereby extended for a further period of ten years. | ||
