| | I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section 4
of the
Road Transport Act, 1932
(No. 2 of 1932), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following Regulations :—
|

| | 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Transport (
Road Transport Act, 1932
) Regulations, 1946.
|
| | (2) These Regulations and the Road Transport (
Road Transport Act, 1932
) Regulations, 1932 and 1933, may be cited together as the Road Transport (
Road Transport Act, 1932
) Regulations, 1932 to 1946.
|
| | (3) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1946.
|
|
| | 2. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.
|
|
| | 3. The Third Schedule to the Road Transport Regulations, 1932 (S. R. & O., No. 26 of 1932), is hereby amended as follows :—
|
| | (a) by the deletion of Scale B and the substitution of the following :—
|
| | SCALE B.
