		No. 237/1946: HIRE-PURCHASE ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1946.
		HIRE-PURCHASE ACT, 1946 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1946.
		I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Hire-Purchase Act. 1946 (No. 16 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—
		1. This Order may be cited as the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 (Commencement) Order, 1946.
		2. The 1st day of October, 1946, is hereby fixed to be the day on which the Hire-Purchase Act, 1946 (No. 16 of 1946) shall come into operation.
		GIVEN under my Official Seal this 20th day of July, 1946.
