MILITARY FORCES (INTERNATIONAL ARRANGEMENTS) INSURANCE FUND (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1946.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Emergency Powers (No. 381) Order, 1946 (S. R. & O. No. 179 of 1946) as continued in force by Section 3 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 , and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Military Forces (International Arrangements) Insurance Fund (Appointed Day) Order, 1946.

2. The appointed day, for the purposes of Part III of the Emergency Powers (No. 381) Order, 1946 (S. R. & O. No. 179 of 1946) shall be the 30th day of September, 1946.
