MULLINGAR DISTRICT PROBATE REGISTRY (COLLECTION OF FEES) REGULATIONS, 1948. |

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Public Offices Fees Act, 1879, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Chief Justice testified by his signature affixed hereto, hereby makes the following regulations :-- |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mullingar District Probate Registry (Collection of Fees) Regulations, 1948. |
||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. |
||
3. The District Probate Registries (Collection of Fees) Regulations, 1932 ( S. R. & O. No. 116 of 1932 ), as amended by the District Probate Registries (Collection of Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1933 ( S. R. & O. No. 118 of 1933 ), shall apply to the District Probate Registry at Mullingar in like manner as those Regulations apply to the several District Probate Registries named therein, and for the purpose of such application, the expression " District Probate Registries to which these regulations apply " where it occurs in the said Regulations, as amended as aforesaid, shall be construed and have effect as if it included the District Probate Registry at Mullingar. |

4. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 30th day of July, 1948. |
||
