ST. LAURENCE'S HOSPITAL (CONSTITUTION OF BOARD OF GOVERNORS) ORDER, 1950.

ST. LAURENCE'S HOSPITAL (CONSTITUTION OF BOARD OF GOVERNORS) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Health (hereinafter called " the Minister ") in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (4) of Section 5 of St. Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943 (No. 3 of 1943) hereby orders as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the St. Laurence's Hospital (Constitution of Board of Governors) Order, 1950.

2. The Board of Governors of St. Laurence's Hospital shall consist of twenty-one members instead of the number specified in sub-section (3) of Section 5 of St. Laurence's Hospital Act, 1943.

3. For the purpose of giving effect to this Order, the Minister shall forthwith appoint two persons to be members of the said Board.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Sixteenth day of February One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty.
