SOCIAL WELFARE (DISSOLUTION OF CUMANN AN ÁRACHAIS NÁTSIÚNTA AR SHLÁINTE) ORDER, 1950. |

The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Social Welfare Act, 1950 (No. 14 of 1950), hereby orders as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Social Welfare (Dissolution of Cumann an Árachais Náisiúnta ar Shláinte) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August, 1950, is appointed as the day on which Part II of the Social Welfare Act, 1950 , shall come into operation. |
||
