CUSTOMS (LAND FRONTIER) REGULATIONS, 1951.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers vested in him by Section Thirteen of the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 , and of every other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the following regulations amending the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1923, hereinafter referred to as the Principal Regulations and the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1924, together with the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1929, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1937, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1938, the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1939, and the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1943.

1. As from Monday, the 10th day of September, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby substituted for the Schedule to the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1943.
|
|
|
2. These Regulations shall be construed together with and as part of the Principal Regulations and the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1924, 1929, 1937, 1938, 1939 and 1943, and may be cited as the Customs (Land Frontier) Regulations, 1951.
|
|
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Finance, this 4th day of September in the Year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-one.
