S.I. No. 358/1952:

ROAD VEHICLES (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1952.

ROAD VEHICLES (REGISTRATION AND LICENSING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1952.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 12 of the Roads Act, 1920, hereby makes the following regulations :--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1952.

2. The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations, 1921, shall be amended by the insertion of the words "cylinder capacity" after the word "horse-power" in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (ii) of Regulation 13.
