I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 2 of the Unemployment Assistance (Amendment) Act, 1938 (No. 2 of 1938), and the Social Welfare (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 18 of 1947 ), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Unemployment Assistance (Date of Publication of Census) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. The date of publication of the result of the census of population taken in the year 1951 is hereby certified to be the 20th day of December, 1952. |
||
|
