S.I. No. 337/1953:

MINISTER FOR FINANCE (AGENCY) (NO. 6) ORDER, 1953.

MINISTER FOR FINANCE (AGENCY) (NO. 6) ORDER, 1953.

WHEREAS, SEÁN MacENTEE, Minister for Finance, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) (No. 6) Order, 1953.

2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of the Minister for Finance until the 2nd day of December, 1953.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 3rd day of November, 1953.
