LAND RECLAMATION ACT (FINANCE) REGULATIONS, 1954.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Land Reclamation Act, 1949 (No. 25 of 1949), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following Regulations, that is to say :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Reclamation Act (Finance) Regulations, 1954.

2. Regulation 7 of the Land Reclamation Act (Finance) Regulations, 1952 ( S.I. No. 87 of 1952 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of paragraphs (2) and (3) thereof and the substitution of the following :

" (2) All arrears of reclamation annuities and payments on account of such arrears shall be dealt with under like arrangements as are applicable to arrears of purchase annuities."
