S.I. No. 201/1954:

FOOD HYGIENE (OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE NO. 4) ORDER, 1954.

FOOD HYGIENE (OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE NO. 4) ORDER, 1954.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950, after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture, hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 4) Order, 1954.

2. The official certificate of which particulars are given in the Schedule hereto is hereby recognised as indicating that the meat or meat product to which it relates was prepared in accordance with criteria satisfactory to the said Minister for Health.

SCHEDULE.

A label in the form set out below.

The certificate will be completed by the insertion of the name or number of the registered meat-export slaughterhouse and the signature of the certifying inspector of the Department of Agriculture of New Zealand.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Seventeenth day of September, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-four.
