S.I. No. 96/1956:

WHEAT MILLING (GENERAL QUOTA VARIATION) ORDER, 1955 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1956.

WHEAT MILLING (GENERAL QUOTA VARIATION) ORDER, 1955 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1956.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 3 of the Wheat Milling Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 74 of 1955 ), after consultation with the Milling Advisory Committee, hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Milling (General Quota Variation) Order, 1955 (Revocation) Order, 1956.

2. The Wheat Milling (General Quota Variation) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 88 of 1955 ), is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of April, 1956.
