I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1956. |
||
2. The Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956, shall be read and have effect as if the area described in the Schedule to this Order were substituted for the infected area described in the Schedule to that Order. |

SCHEDULE. |
||
That part of the administrative county of Cork comprising the urban district of Youghal, the district electoral divisions of Youghal rural, Clonpriest, Kilmacdonagh, Garryvoe, Ightermurragh, Castlemartyr, Mogeely, Dangan, Ardagh, Killeagh and that part of the administrative county of Waterford comprising the district electoral division of Templemichael. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

The effect of this Order is to reduce the infected area as defined in the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956. |
