AGRICULTURE (AN FORAS TALUNTAIS) ACT, 1958 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1958.

AGRICULTURE (AN FORAS TALUNTAIS) ACT, 1958 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1958.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Agriculture (An Foras Taluntais) Act, 1958 (No. 1 of 1958), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (An Foras Taluntais) Act, 1958 (Commencement) Order, 1958.

2. The Agriculture (An Foras Taluntais), Act, 1958 (No. 1 of 1958), shall come into operation on the 1st day of June, 1958.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 23rd day of May, 1958.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides that the Agriculture (An Foras Taluntais) Act shall come into operation on 1st June, 1958.
