S.I. No. 264/1958:

HEALTH AND MENTAL TREATMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1958 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1958.

HEALTH AND MENTAL TREATMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1958 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1958.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (4) of Section 3 of the Health and Mental Treatment (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 37 of 1958), hereby orders as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Mental Treatment (Amendment) Act, 1958 (Commencement) Order, 1958.

2. The Health and Mental Treatment (Amendment) Act, 1958 , shall come into operation on the 29th day of December, 1958.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this twenty-third day of December One Thousand Nine Hundred and fifty-eight.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Health and Mental Treatment (Amendment) Act, 1958 into operation on 29th December, 1958.
