UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (SECTION 3) ORDER, 1959.

UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (SECTION 3) ORDER, 1959.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Section 3) Order, 1959.

2. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the urban district of Ennis in the county of Clare and the area comprising the rural district of Ennis in that county.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of April, 1959.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order extends the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 to Ennis, County Clare.
