CORK COUNTY BOROUGH (EXTENSION OF PLANNING DISTRICT) ORDER, 1960. |

The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 21 of the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 (No. 22 of 1934), hereby declares and orders as follows:-- |
||
1. On and from the 1st day of January, 1961, the portion of the County Health District of South Cork described in the Schedule hereto shall for all the purposes of the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 (save as is by section 21 of the said Act otherwise provided) be added to and form part of the planning district which includes the County Borough of Cork. |

2. This Order may be cited as the Cork County Borough (Extension of Planning District) Order, 1960. |

||
Description of the Portion of County Health District of South Cork added to the Planning District which includes the County Borough of Cork. |
||
The portion of the County Health District of South Cork which is comprised in the townlands of Inchisarsfield, Grange, Curraghconway, Ballycureen, Lehenagh Beg, Lehenagh More, Gortagoulane and Ballyduhig North in the district electoral division of Lehenagh and the townlands of Doughcloyne, Gurranedarragh, Chetwynd, Ardarostig, Knocknamallavoge and Rochfordstown in the district electoral division of Inishkenny. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
This Order extends the planning district for the purposes of the Town and Regional Planning Act, 1934 which includes the County Borough of Cork by adding thereto the portion of the County Health District of South Cork described in the Schedule to the Order. The effect of the Order is to make Cork Corporation the district planning authority for the added area. |
