		S.I. No. 199/1961: JURIES ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1961.
		JURIES ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1961.
		I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 9 of the Juries Act, 1961 (No. 11 of 1961), hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Juries Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1961.
		2. The Juries Act, 1961 (No. 11 of 1961), shall come into operation on the 15th day of September, 1961.
		GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 14th day of September, 1961.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		This Order fixes the date on which the Juries Act, 1961 , shall come into operation.
