		S.I. No. 34/1962: LOCAL AUTHORITIES (EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.
		LOCAL AUTHORITIES (EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1961 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.
		I, PÁDRAIG S. Ó hIRIGHILE, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 5 of the Local Authorities (Education Scholarships) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 34 of 1961) hereby order as follows :
		1. This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Education Scholarships) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1962.
		2. The 31st day of March, 1962, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Local Authorities (Education Scholarships) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 34 of 1961), shall come into operation.
