S.I. No. 184/1963:

FOOD HYGIENE (OFFICIAL CERTIFICATES Nos. 6 AND 7) ORDER, 1963.

FOOD HYGIENE (OFFICIAL CERTIFICATES Nos. 6 AND 7) ORDER, 1963.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950 to 1961, after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture, hereby orders as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene (Official Certificates Nos. 6 and 7) Order, 1963.

2. The official certificates of which particulars are given in the Schedule hereto are hereby recognised as indicating that the meat or meat product to which each such certificate relates was prepared in accordance with criteria satisfactory to the said Minister for Health.

Official Certificate No. 6

A label or stamp in the form set out below.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this order is to recognise official certificates for the purposes of the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950, in connection with the importation of meat and meat products from Denmark and Norway.
