VETERINARY SURGEONS (ANNUAL FEE IN RESPECT OF REGISTRATION) ORDER, 1964. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 (No. 36 of 1931), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Annual Fee in respect of Registration) Order, 1964. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1964. |
||
|
2. Four guineas is hereby appointed as the amount of the fee payable under section 28 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 . |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 24th day of March, 1964. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
The effect of this Order is to fix at four guineas the fee payable annually to the Veterinary Council of Ireland by registered veterinary surgeons. |
||
