CONTROL OF EXPORTS (NO. 2) ORDER, 1964.

CONTROL OF EXPORTS (NO. 2) ORDER, 1964.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956), which Act is continued in force by the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1961 (No. 43 of 1961), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports (No. 2) Order, 1964.

2. The Control of Exports Order, 1964 ( S.I. No. 33 of 1964 ), shall have effect as if--

(a) "Watches " were inserted in Part I of the Schedule after " Railway rolling stock (including locomotives) and parts thereof," and

(b) " and watches" were deleted in Part III of the Schedule.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 9th day of April, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to apply control to exports to all destinations of watches.
