S.I. No. 241/1964:

CORK AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1964.

CORK AIRPORT (PARKING FEES) BYE-LAWS, 1964.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 16 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1950 (No. 4 of 1950), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), hereby make the following bye-laws :

1. These Bye-laws may be cited as the Cork Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws, 1964.

2. These Bye-laws shall come into operation on the 12th day of October, 1964.

3. The fees set out in the Schedule to these Bye-laws shall be charged for the parking of vehicles in Cork Airport.

4. The Cork Airport (Parking Fees) Bye-laws 1962 ( S.I. No. 123 of 1962 ), are hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

Motor Cars

1.s 0d. for a period not exceeding two hours.

1s. 6d. for a period exceeding two hours but not exceeding 4 hours.

2s. 0d. for a period exceeding 4 hours but not exceeding 8 hours.

2s. 6d. for a period exceeding 8 hours but not exceeding 24 hours, and

2s. 6d. for each subsequent period of 24 hours.

Motor Cycles

0s. 6d. for a period not exceeding two hours.

0s. 9d. for a period exceeding two hours but not exceeding 4 hours.

1. 0d. for a period exceeding 4 hours but not exceeding 8 hours.

1s. 3d. for a period exceeding 8 hours but not exceeding 24 hours, and

1s. 3d for each subsequent period of 24 hours.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These bye-laws prescribe the fees which may be charged for the parking of vehicles in Cork Airport.
