AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) ACT, 1963 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1964.

AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) ACT, 1963 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1964.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (Commencement) Order, 1964.

2. The first day of January, 1965 is hereby fixed as the day on which the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 16th day of December, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963) into operation on the 1st January, 1965.
