FINES AND PENALTIES (DISPOSAL) ORDER, 1966. |

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 51 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows : |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Fines and Penalties (Disposal) Order, 1966. |
||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. |
||
3. Every fine imposed in respect of an offence under the Pharmacy Act, 1962 (No. 14 of 1962), shall, in lieu of being paid into the Exchequer, be paid to the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and applied for the purposes of the Pharmacy Acts, 1875 to 1962. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
