I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Flour and Wheatenmeal Act, 1956 (No. 40 of 1956), hereby make the following regulations : |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Straight-run Flour (Prescribed Percentage of Wheat) Regulations, 1967. |
||
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 5th day of January, 1967. |
||
3. Seventy-two per cent. is hereby prescribed, for the purposes of the definition of " straight-run flour " in section 3 of the Flour and Wheatenmeal Act, 1956 (No. 40 of 1956), as the percentage of the wheat fed to the break rolls of a milling plant that the plant shall be set to produce as flour. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

These Regulations prescribe seventy-two per cent, as the percentage of the wheat fed to break rolls of a milling plant that the plant shall be set to produce as flour. |
