MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1968.

MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1968.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958) hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) (Revocation) Order, 1968.

2. The Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1965 ), is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of November, 1968.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor and Non-alcoholic Beverages) Order, 1965 which fixed the retail prices of intoxicating liquor and soft drinks.
