SHIPPING INVESTMENT GRANTS ACT, 1969 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1969.

SHIPPING INVESTMENT GRANTS ACT, 1969 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1969.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 12 of the Shipping Investment Grants Act, 1969 (No. 11 of 1969), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Shipping Investment Grants Act, 1969 (Commencement) Order, 1969.

2. The 20th day of June, 1969, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Shipping Investment Grants Act, 1969 (No. 11 of 1969), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 16th day of June, 1969.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Shipping Investments Grants Act, 1969, into operation on the 20th June, 1969.
