FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRES ACT, 1968 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1969.

FISHERY HARBOUR CENTRES ACT, 1968 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1969.

I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (No. 18 of 1968), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (Commencement) Order, 1969.

2. The 1st day of July, 1969, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 (No. 18 of 1968), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 30th day of June, 1969.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 1st July, 1969, as the day on which the Fishery Harbour Centres Act, 1968 , comes into operation.
