LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (No. 2) ORDER, 1969. |

The Government, at the request of the Minister for Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order, 1969. |
||
|
2. The several powers and duties of the Minister for Local Government under sections 7 , 18 , 26 (5), 27 (4), 27 (6) and 82 (3) of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963 (No. 28 of 1963), are hereby delegated to Paudge Brennan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government. |
