PETROLEUM OILS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1971. |

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, T.D., Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Fuels (Control of Supplies) Act, 1971 (No. 3 of 1971) hereby make the following Order: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Oils (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1971. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of March, 1971. |
||
3. The export of petroleum oils is hereby prohibited save under and in accordance with a licence granted under this Order. |
||
4. The Minister for Transport and Power may:-- |
||
(a) grant a licence to export petroleum oils of a kind or amount specified in the licence, |
||
(b) attach to such a licence any conditions as he thinks proper and specifies in the licence, |
||
(c) vary in writing any such conditions, and |
||
(d) revoke any such licence. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

The purpose of this Order is to enable the Minister for Transport and Power to control by licence the exportation of petroleum oils. |
