IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (DUMPING AND SUBSIDIES) (NO. 9) (ANTI-DUMPING DUTY ON SLAKED LIME) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1973. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 21 (6) of the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act, 1968 (No. 11 of 1968 ), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (No. 9) (Anti-Dumping Duty on Slaked Lime) (Revocation) Order, 1973. |
||
|
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 25th day of December, 1973. |
||
|
3. The Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (Anti-Dumping Duty on Slaked Lime) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 128 of 1972 ), and Article 5 of the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (No. 7) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 318 of 1972 ), are hereby revoked. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
