MAXIMUM PRICES (HOUSEHOLD GOODS) (NO. 3) ORDER, 1974.

I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22C (3) (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 3) Order, 1974.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 11th day of April, 1974.

3. The Schedule to the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) (No. 4) Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 289 of 1973 ) (inserted by the Maximum Prices (Household Goods) Order, 1974 ( S.I. No. 2 of 1974 )) is hereby amended--

( a ) by the substitution for the matter contained in columns (2) ond (3) of that Schedule at each reference number mentioned in column (1) of that Schedule which is specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order of the matter specified in columns (2) and (3) of the Schedule to this Order opposite the mention of that reference number,

( b ) by the insertion after reference number 25 in that Schedule of the following:

"25A	Cow and Gate	45½p per 1 lb.";
	Babymilk 1

( c ) by the insertion after reference number 29 in that Schedule of the following:

"29A

Colleen

15p per ½ lb.";

and

( d ) by the insertion after reference number 30 in that Schedule of the following:
