I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (1) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Cómhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta) Order, 1979. |
||
|
2. The 2nd day of January, 1979, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), in relation to Cómhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta. |
||

This order prescribes the appointed day for determining election years for the purposes of Section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to Comhlucht Siúicre Éireann Teoranta. |
