		S.I. No. 247/1980: HEALTH (FAMILY PLANNING) ACT, 1979 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1980.
		HEALTH (FAMILY PLANNING) ACT, 1979 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1980.
		The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 17 (4) of the Health (Family Planning) Act, 1979 (No. 20 of 1979) hereby orders as follows:--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Family Planning) Act, 1979 (Commencement) Order, 1980.
		2. The Health (Family Planning) Act, 1979 shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1980.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 30th day of July, 1980.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE
		This Order fixes the date on which the Health (Family Planning) Act, 1979 shall come into operation.
