AIR NAVIGATION (EUROCONTROL) ORDER, 1985.

I, JIM MITCHELL, Minister for Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 4 (1) of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), and the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1983 (No. 40 of 1983), hereby order as follows:--

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Order, 1985.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1985.

2. Articles 22.2 and 22.5 (b) of the Protocol amending the Eurocontrol International Convention relating to Co-operation for the Safety of Air Navigation of the 13th day of December, 1980, done at Brussels on the 12th day of February, 1981 shall have the force of law in the State.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 18th day of July, 1985.
