FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1987.

FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) ORDER, 1987.

I, AUSTIN DEASY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) Order, 1987.

2. The area specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order. 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).

SCHEDULE

That area bounded by but excluding the N54 road from the town of Monaghan to the town of Clones, the R 183 road from the town of Clones to the town of Ballybay and the R 162 road from the town of Ballybay to the town of Monaghan.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 12th day of February, 1987.
